2022/23 Winter trail use

COVID-19 continues to be a concern around the world and community levels rose to a high level beginning in early December 2022. Due to the rising COVID cases in the area, building access will be limited. The Center will be open for visitors to access the rest rooms and the ski shop in small numbers to rent cross country skis and snowshoes. Please wear a mask while inside the building.

Similar to last season, the Visitor Center will not be available as a warming or changing area. Your car will continue to be your lodge. The main emphasis of our equipment rental access will be through a season rental program (appointment required). A limited number of same day ski and snowshoe rentals will be available on a first come first served basis. Trail passes will be sold through a ticket window (VISA, MASTERCARD only). When snow cover is sufficient, trails at the center will be groomed and open for cross country skiing and snowshoeing all guests are encouraged practice to social distancing at all times. At times when snow cover is absent or too icy, thin, or inconsistent, trails may be opened for hiking, walking, and cycling on fat bikes. A portable toilet will be provided near the building.
